Accuracy and appropriate use

Public notices can be delayed, amended, rescinded or incomplete. We provide source links and provenance so readers can verify the underlying records. No warranty of completeness, timeliness or suitability is made.

Do not present a planned event as a confirmed job loss or treat partial coverage as a national employment total. The service does not provide financial, employment or legal advice.

Availability and attribution

Access may change as official sources or infrastructure change. Automated clients should use modest request rates and preserve official source attribution. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or submit confidential material.

Employer names are used to identify public filings. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, affiliation or a verified relationship to similarly named entities.
