OneMain\nanticipates that its closure of the Mendota Heights Office and the resulting employee separations\nwill be permanent.\nThese separations will occur in three phases, occurring on:\n• September 18, 2026;\n• November 13, 2026; and\n• December 11, 2026.\nThe total number of employees expected to be affected by the closure of the Mendota Heights\nOffice is currently 78. Attached please find a list of the job positions and number of individuals in\neach position who will be affected, the names and addresses of the individuals who will be affected,\nand their anticipated separation dates (“Attachment A”). The affected employees are not\nrepresented by any union and do not have any bumping rights.\nWe have notified our employees of the closure of the Mendota Heights Office and will continue to\nwork with them to provide information regarding available resources, including our support\nmeasures and state and local services.\nThis announcement and the timing of the closure of the Mendota Heights Office are based on the\ninformation currently available. We will inform you of any changes in these plans or if additional\ninformation becomes available.
