Stat. §\n116L.976, this letter constitutes Nilfisk Inc.’s (“Nilfisk”) notice to the Rapid Response Section\nregarding layoffs associated with the eventual closure of Nilfisk’s Brooklyn Park facility at 9435\nWinnetka Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445. For further information, please contact Julie\nThompson at 612.759.2235.\nThis reduction is expected to be permanent. The current layoffs are scheduled for the following\ndates: December 5, 2025, December 12, 2025, January 9, 2026, January 30, 2026, February 20,\n2026, February 27, 2026, March 27, 2026, April 3, 2026, May 1, 2026, May 3, 2026, and July 3,\n2026. Nilfisk will provide notice of additional layoffs when the dates are known and at least 60\ndays before the effective date(s). All terminated employees received at least 60 days’ notice.\nNo bumping rights exist for non-union employees.
