This letter provides additional notice that the plant\nclosing and related employment losses planned for October 4, 2026, are being postponed.\nThe postponement is due to ongoing efforts to close a transaction that may allow operations at the\nfacility to continue. If those efforts are unsuccessful, the plant closing and related employment losses are\nexpected to occur during the 14-day period beginning October 15, 2026, and ending October 29, 2026.\nThis additional notice supplements the Company's August 5, 2026 WARN notice.
