It is anticipated that 49\nemployees will be laid off at this facility shutting down during the fourteen-day period between\nJune 16, 2026 and June 30, 2026. This layoff resulting from First Student’s loss of a contract with\nRed Wing Public Schools and is expected to be permanent. A list of affected positions and the\nnumber of individuals in each position is attached. Affected employees are represented by the\nTeamsters, Local 120 and do have “bumping” rights. There are no bumping rights for affected\nnon-union employees.
