We expect\nto furlough most employees beginning between May 29 through June 11, 2026. Furloughs for the\nremaining employees will begin between June 12 through June 25, 2026. At this time, we expect\nthe closure and furloughs to be temporary. No bumping rights apply. Enclosed is a list of the\nnames, addresses, and job positions of the individuals who are expected to be affected by this\naction.\nThis letter is being provided pursuant to the Worker Adjustment and Retraining\nNotification (WARN) Act and Minnesota Statute § 116L.976. Although it is not clear whether\nWARN Act notice is required due to the temporary nature of the furloughs and other factors, we\nare sending this letter out of an abundance of caution.
