This notice is an update and supplement to the notice previously sent to you on\nJuly 30, 2026 (the “Initial Notice”).\n1. Update to Termination Dates\nDue to a change in operational need with respect to wind-down operations at the Facility, the\nfollowing employees will now be terminated effective as of October 31, 2026, as opposed to September 28,\n2026 as indicated in the Initial Notice:\nThese employees are represented by the Bakery, Confectionery Tobacco Workers’ and Grain\nMillers International Union, Local 22, and the Company has provided a notice of this change to termination\ndate to Walter Borgan, the chief elected official of this labor organization.\n2.
