(the “Company”) recently learned that its City of Rochester contract will\nend on or about August 31, 2026. As a result, the Company’s facility at 4300 E. River Road NE,\nRochester, MN 55906 is expected to permanently close on that date and therefore, we are\nproviding you with this notice in acquaintance with requirements of the Federal Worker\nAdjustment and Retraining Notification Acts. We anticipate that the new operator of the facility\nwill hire most if not all of the workers at the facility, and we will cooperate with the new operator\nto facilitate the continued employment of our employees.\nThe Company officially will cease its operations at the Rochester, MN facility on or about\nAugust 31, 2026. More than sixty days’ notification was given to the union representing our\nworkers with the estimated first date of separation being August 31, 2026. There are about 84\nemployees who will be affected by our cessation of operations at the Rochester, MN location.\nTheir union will administer any bumping rights under the terms of the applicable collective\nbargaining agreement.\nThe information contained in this letter is based on the best information available to the\nCompany at this time. As permitted by 20 C.F.R §639.7(f), the Company maintains other\ninformation required by 20 C.F.R. §639.7(e), on site and readily accessible.
