Building Materials Manufacturing LLC (a/k/a “GAF”) (the “Company”) has developed\nplans to permanently close the facility located at 50 Lowry Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55411\n(the \"Minneapolis Plant”) on or about April 4, 2026. The plant closure and employee separations\nresulting from the closure are expected to be permanent.\nAs a result of the plant closure, most employees at the Minneapolis Plant will be separated on or\nabout April 4, 2026. The total number of employees expected to be affected by this plant closure is\ncurrently 120. Attached please find a list of the job positions and number of individuals who will be\naffected (“Attachment A”). Hourly employees at the Minneapolis Plant are represented by either the\nInternational Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 970 (the “Teamsters”), or the National Conference of\nFiremen & Oilers, Local 939 (the “NCFO”). The Teamsters’ President is Chad Reichow, 3001\nUniversity Avenue SE #300, Minneapolis, MN 55414. The NCFO’s Business Agent is Darren\nLionakis, 800 W Broad Street, Suite 303, Falls Church, VA 22046.\nAt this time GAF will continue to maintain a warehouse in Maple Grove, Minnesota (the\n“Warehouse”).
