In an effort to\ncontinue the Eastlake manufacturing operations the Company took multiple steps to reverse the annual financial\nlosses. These steps included investing millions of dollars in capital investment to improve productivity and\nefficiency; outsourcing products that were not profitable; and engaging in the decisional bargaining process\nwith the Union representing employees. These steps all proved unsuccessful as the financial losses continued to\nmount.\nThe closing date is expected to be June 30, 2026, and all 150 employees, of which 130 are represented by UAW\nLocal 2359, will be terminated on or after this date.
