As a consequence, employees who work at,\nreport to, are assigned to, and/or receive assignments from this location will be involuntarily\nterminated. The closure is expected to occur on or about November 30, 2026 (or during the 30-day\nperiod following that date) and is expected to be permanent.\nSome of the impacted employees are represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical\nWorkers (IBEW), Local 953, and the chief elected officer of Local 953 is Brady Weiss, 4205\nSouthtowne Dr., Eau Claire, WI 54701. Employees who are represented by the IBEW have bumping\nrights as set forth in the collective bargaining agreement between the Company and IBEW Local 953.\nWe have attached a schedule of the following: The job titles of the positions affected at the location,\nthe names of such workers currently holding those jobs, their addresses, the job actions affecting\neach job, and the effective date(s) of those actions.\nThe information provided in this notice is based on the best information available to us at this time.\nShould any of the information above change, the Company will update this notice as soon as\npossible.
